BCP primarily targets opportunistic transactions in the small and middle markets (typically $5,000,000 to $15,000,000 of equity). In order to mitigate certain risks associated with real estate investments, BCP seeks to invest in multiple property types, geographic markets and types of investments, and will pursue the most attractive opportunities across a broad range of equity and debt investments in real estate assets, portfolios, joint ventures and operating companies.
